    What to expect during a KCR treatment:

    Clients remain fully clothed and are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.

    Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a non-invasive, gentle technique, that is safe and effective for people of all ages.

    Unlike treatments that focus on one isolated area, KCR works systematically through the entire body - helping to restore full-body balance and alignment.

    The session involves a sequence of soft tissue releases and gentle mobilizations, that are applied in a specific order, to support your body's natural ability to rebalance itself.

    You'll move through a few different positions on the massage table lying face up, face down, and on your side - with guidance from your practitioner.

    Most clients find the experience deeply relaxing and restorative.

    At the end of your session, you'll be shown a few simple stretches that you can do at home to help maintain and enhance the benefits of the treatment.

    Each session typically lasts around 60 minutes.

     I am a KCR Instructor/Practitioner and I am very excited to share this modality with others.
